1 year of service

I love the work that I do, but above all else, I love the people I work with and the way I am treated.  Other than just being a fun, caring, and humble group of people, the management/ownership makes me feel respected, heard and involved.  Rather than being treated like just a body doing a job – which I feared most of all when looking for a job – I feel invested in.  MSI places real value on work/life balance, family and the health of their employees.  My favorite memory at MSI was bringing in my mom, sister and newborn nephew to meet everyone.  I had been talking about the people I work with to my family — and talking about my family to the people I work with, non-stop, so it was fun to have some of them meet each other.

Some of my favorite things to do outside of work include reading, eating delicious food, golfing and playing board games.  My hidden talent is being able to out-eat every grown man in my family and one of my favorite quotes is “Have regular hours for work and play; make each day both useful and pleasant, and prove that you understand the worth of time by employing it well.  Then youth will bring few regrets and life will become a beautiful success.” – Louisa May Alcott, Little Women.

24+ years of service

I’ve worked for MSI for nearly 25 years.  They’ve always been accommodating and have went out on a limb for me more than one occasion.  The opposite is true also – plenty of room for advancement and generally a good supply of work.  Its been like a good friendship like an employer/employee relationship should be.  No regrets on my part and I am proud for the association.
