State of Wyoming Herschler Office Building

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Mechanical Systems, Inc. was the prime mechanical and site utility contractor, in partnership with U.S. Engineering, for the Wyoming Capitol Square Project. The expansion and remodel of the 250,000 s.f. Herschler Office complex was one element in a four component project that also included restoration and renovation of the Wyoming State Capitol Building, expansion of the connector tunnel system, and replacement of the five building central utility plant. Mechanical work on the Herschler Office building involved a complete replacement of all plumbing and HVAC systems.
